Maria Pennanen

Maria Pennanen is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Accelerator Frankfurt, supporting 58+ startups that raised over €100 million since 2016. A serial entrepreneur, she has co-founded startups in Fintech, Fashion Tech, and Edtech, and served as CEO of a well-funded digital assets data analytics startup. She is an angel investor and a 10-year member of the Fintech Germany Award jury. Maria also coaches cybersecurity startups and mentors in university accelerator programs. With 17+ years of international leadership experience and degrees in engineering, an MBA, and organisational psychology, she has been named among the EU Top 50 Women in Startups & VC.
